Shipping and Returns

Hautier is an online multi-brand platform and we partner with many different independent brands. Your items will be shipped to you directly from the independent brands. You may receive separate shipping confirmations if parts of your order are coming from different locations. Due to the different locations, you may notice that the shipping costs also vary, this is due to parcels being shipped from different brands in different countries. 

We and our brand partners offer a range of shipping options, so please check your order to confirm the shipping lead time as this may be different between brands. You can also check the product page for more information. All shipping options available will be shown at checkout.

Deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Hautier holds no responsibility for these charges.

Customs Duty (Parcels coming into the UK)

You’ll be charged Customs Duty on all goods sent from outside the UK (or the UK and the EU if you’re in Northern Ireland) if they’re either:
- Excise goods (worth more than £135)

If you’re charged Customs Duty, you’ll need to pay it on both:
- The price paid for the goods
- Postage, packaging and insurance

Returns:
If you are looking to return your item, you will need to let Hautier know via email (hello@hautier.co.uk), please include your order number and reason for return, this needs to be sent within 14 days of receiving the items, beginning the day you receive your order. We will then provide you with your return options.

You then have another 14 to return the item from the date we accept your return. The item must be received back to the independent brand within 28 days of when it was first received by you. Once received by the brand, Hautier will then process your refund. The cost of the shipping return label will automatically be deducted from the final amount refunded.

All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags attached.

Bodysuits and Swimwear should be tried on over underwear and the protective hygiene strip should be left intact if you wish to return.

Intimates including undies, tights should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled and may be sent back to the customer.

Alternatively, you can use your own return shipping method with no charge from us. This cost would be down to you, with no reimbursement available. You will still require approval from Hautier in this case.

Please keep your proof of postage in all occasions as we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels.

Items sent back to brands without first requesting a return and approval, will not be accepted.

You cannot return items that were purchased during a sale, made to order or personalised for you.

If you, or the brand you have purchased from are based outside of the UK, shipping will not be subsidised, and you may need to return at your own cost.

If you are returning your parcel from abroad to a brand based in the UK, method and cost of returns will lie with you


Refunds
Once the independent brand receives the returned item(s) a refund will be issued by Hautier to your original payment method.

Once the refund has been made, please allow 10 working days for your refund to reach/appear in your account or to show on your statement.

Refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

If you have returned items to multiple brands the refunds may be processed individually. You will receive an email once your refund(s) have been processed.

We do not offer exchanges. For a different size or style, please organise a return of your original order with us and place a new order via Hautier.

If the item is a sale item, you will receive an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Goods
If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us within 14 days of receipt including a photo and description of the fault. You can contact us at hello@hautier.co.uk
We will then liaise closely with the independent brand to discuss how the issue will be resolved.

If you have had the item for over 14 days we will also contact the independent brand and seek to arrange a solution.

Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

  • All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags attached.
